I'm Lori — a nurse practitioner with 25+ years of clinical experience, and hands-on telemedicine experience since 2016. I've built my career inside telemedicine specifically — as a provider, team lead, regional manager, clinical operations leader, and educator. I've sat on both sides of this industry: seeing patients, building workflows, managing teams, and helping other NPs figure out what actually works. That's the reason Telemedicine Chick exists. I got tired of watching capable NPs piece together conflicting advice from social media, unsure whether what they were hearing was accurate, compliant, or even realistic.
